For 20210227 and 20210228 ISOs noticed the remove medium message is showing correctly.
Later accidentally (embarrassingly) noticed that previously when I reported message not shown, it was not in fullscreen mode and the message was blocked from view. If we scroll down the message is at the botton. In Ubuntu MATE (probably in Ubuntu also) the remove media message is about an inch or two below logo and easily covered in the view.
