There was indeed a directory named extensions, which I have deleted. I have attached the last crash, which took a long time to trigger. I did not deliberately suspend and the laptop was charging so it should not have slept in the 3 days it has been running. The crash occurred shortly after detaching the laptop from a dock. judging by it's behaviour it thought that it was still using multiple displays (monitors) despite being detached.
Unfortunately this time I forgot to put top running in the foreground of the screen when i detached the computer, so I cannot confirm any process usage values at the time of the crash, I will try and get this. ** Attachment added: "cleanprevboot.txt" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1913453/+attachment/5470592/+files/cleanprevboot.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1913453 Title: gnome-shell freeze To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1913453/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
