Description: Fence Agents for Red Hat Cluster
Red Hat Fence Agents is a collection of scripts to handle remote
power management for several devices. They allow failed or
unreachable nodes to be forcibly restarted and removed from the
cluster.

I've ran the same commands on Ubuntu 18.04.5 without issues. The only
thing that I had to do was manually install python-requests. There's
probably a package dependency missing.
