Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing
future users from hitting the same bug.

You say "I can install Ubuntu 20.10 But I can't Map any Local Network
Drives" so the installation of Ubuntu works so why file a bug against
Ubuntu?

I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg.
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your
problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community
http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or
https://ubuntuforums.org, or for more support options please look at
https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709

I've changed this to incomplete, as it looks like Ubuntu 20.10 installed
correctly, you are just in need of support. Zorin is not Ubuntu, nor
flavor of Ubuntu (https://ubuntu.com/download/flavours). If you believe
I'm in error, you can change status back to "New" and leave a comment as
to why (you'll then be asked to run `apport-collect` once the correct
package the problem is in has been found)

** Changed in: ubuntu
       Status: New => Incomplete
