Hirsute/Wallaby packages include the fix from:
https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/neutron/+/745330/
So marked "Fix Released" for this target.
Focal/Ussuri and Groovy/Wallaby - fix has been merged into the neutron
table branch for each release however no new point releases from Neutron
for these two release targets yet.
