The maas version is the snap 2.8/stable (2.8.4-8597-g.05313b458) and the image stream is the default one that comes with maas.io for 20.04 and 18.04. I'm not sure how to determine which image stream or bootloader revision comes with that from this website http://images.maas.io/ephemeral-v3/stable/. If there's a cli command I can run to find out, let me know.
