Furthermore, since many users will only see these messages coming from
gnome-shell:

  Window manager warning: Overwriting existing binding...

(I know it's the most common message because I read all the bug reports
and peoples' logs) then it's natural we will associate that message with
anything that's gone wrong. But it doesn't mean that message is related
to what has gone wrong.

If your system is frozen and doesn't recover then this is most
definitely the wrong bug for you and you should open a new bug. If the
system just stutters a bit then I think comment #21 might explain that.
