Since most bugs are caused by third party extensions, removing them from
the equation is the first thing to try. Please uninstall or disable (via
the Extensions app):
'[email protected]'
If the problem still happens after that then it would seem to be a
duplicate of bug 1908429. I will mark it as such now.

gnome-shell fills syslog: Attempting to run a JS callback during garbage
collection. This is most likely caused by destroying a Clutter actor or GTK
widget with ::destroy signal connected, or using the destroy(), dispose(), or
remove() vfuncs. Because it would crash the application, it has been blocked.
The offending callback was SourceFunc().
