Public bug reported: Testing Xubuntu 21.04.
When right-clicking on the desktop, the submenu for several actions appears. If I choose "Desktop settings" the sub menu then disappears en reappears several times before opening the desktop-settings dialogue. I tried to record what I mean with Kazam (https://imgur.com/a/g78YH62) but the recording does not show the flickering unfortunately. I'm testing in VM in Boxes.
