Hi I'm now experiencing this bug with Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB on a Lenovo T480 with 2 nvme drives.
nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 does not help it. Because the problem only arose after two months, I can't rule a hardware failure, although smart looks all fine.
