Not a bug, the correct way to install Ubuntu MATE desktop are:
* sudo apt-get install ubuntu-mate-core^
* sudo apt-get install ubuntu-mate-desktop^

Status: Incomplete => Invalid
** Changed in: ubuntu-mate-meta (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Invalid
