I updated to the latest OEM kernel 5.6.0-1050-oem from 5.6.0-1035-oem and the
latest nvidia 460 from 455 and the issue appears to be resolved as I can no
longer reproduce the issue. I will ask the end user to also upgrade and retest
to see if the stock image which it appears he is using can also be fixed by
updating
the full output of the previous command is
enabled
