I note that chromium-browser is reported as Fix Released. I'm getting this exactly as per https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1913027 (marked duplicate of this) with chromium on hirsute. On attempts to open a new page it's just "Aw, Snap!"
