Please help power off your computer, unplug it for a minute, and boot up. This time firmware path will be dumped in dmesg like:
bluetooth hci0: Direct firmware load for intel/ibt-12-16.sfi Then download file of the same name from https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux- firmware.git/tree/intel, put it into your /lib/firmware/intel (with backups, of course), and see if it works.
