Thanks for the bug report.
Please run these commands:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.shell > shellsettings.txt
and attach the resulting text files here.
Please also remove any locally installed extensions by running:
cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
rm -rf extensions
and then reboot. Does the problem still occur?
