Hi, Could you try:
sudo ln -s source_linux.py /usr/share/apport/package- hooks/source_rtl8821ce.py which will create a symbolic link in the specified place that instructs apport to treat rtl8821ce as linux kernel package, and collect corresponding information for further reporting.
