After updating to Ubuntu 21.04 on my Intel i5-7200u laptop, vaapi
doesn't load.
This is the output of vainfo:

Using the older i965 vaapi driver seems to work, but in then only older
codecs are accelerated.
I didn't have this problem under Ubuntu 20.10
