I am deeply sorry, but I am not running hplip under Ubuntu but I'm using openSUSE Leap 15.2; apparently this OS doesn't know the command apport-collect 1922379. An amazing fact is that with the command hp-scan -f ~/temp/output.pdf from the command line, the printer scans a document correctly! The big inconvenance is that I have to set a lot of parameters each time.
