Public bug reported:
System76 Oryx Pro with NVidia RTX2060, issue occurred while on Intel
graphics. Slightly older ROS is installed and acknowledged there might
be version issues after upgrade. main.log reports issue with `python-
dev` which is unexpected. I rarely use Python (JuliaLang fan instead).
I'm pretty religious about local vs system wide installs of software.
Very few PPAs installed, so don't believe that is the issue.
