Hi all,
While performing an OpenStack upgrade to Ussuri in Bionic we tried to
install Watcher Dashboard. While the correct python3-watcher-dashboard
was installed, the python3-watcherclient is completely wrong. The reason
is that the version of python3-watcherclient package is 1.6.0-0ubuntu1,
fetched from the universe repository:

Instead, as per the release page
(https://releases.openstack.org/teams/watcher.html#team-ussuri-python-
watcherclient), the expected version of the package should be 3.0.0 (or
2.5.0).
Please fix the bionic-updates/ussuri repository to contain the
appropriate version, since the watcher-dashboard cannot work with the
ancient version 1.6.0 (which is in Python2!).
NOTE: As a work-around, we manually installed python3-watcherclient
version 3, and watcher dashboard worked as expected.
