version number.

* To depict recent design changes in PKA linux driver version number needs to
be updated.
[Fix]
* Update PKA driver major version number "pka: Upgrade to version 3.0"
[Test Case]
* On system bootup, check the PKA driver version.
Example:# dmesg | grep -i pka | grep version
[ 10.789352] PKA_DRIVER: version: v3.0
[Regression Potential]
* The regression can be considered as very low, since there is no change in
functionality.
