I was able to do a serial output based on the guide from https://www.hiroom2.com/2018/04/30/ubuntu-1804-serial-console-en/. In addition to that I also added your recommended boot parametre and I was able to add a virtual serial port, that can dump its output into a text file. You'll find the output as a text file in the attachments.
