Hello Many thanks for your advice a simple command makes so much difference. I do try to work things out for myself before asking, on this occasion it was the system that suggested a bug report be submitted. However I should perhaps have thought of doing this although I have only met 'autoclean' in the past.. Regards Simon Denham
