[Impact]
* New Dell machine will support new Dell privacy function,
such as Mic Mute. If the hwdb file does not update, userspace won't
get notification.
[Test Plan]
* Use a Dell machine, which has Dell privacy function, and press mic mute key.
GUI will pop up "Mic Mute" icon.
[Where problems could occur]
* This change adds new hwdb, will not impact other hardware.
