Can someone post this upstream? I'm not sure how to do so and I think this is a pretty 'serious' bug as it just seems silly to 1) overrun the users home directory with duplicate name with the only variation being a case change 2) that once a user deletes any of the xdg-user-dirs, there is no way to bring that allocation back without editing a config file. Maybe a GUI is in need here...
