Nanley, sorry that I didn't fully understand your question regarding "Restricted Manager". Well, I did turn on "some wireless" driver when I saw some dialog message pops up, and I remembered I did went through several steps to "activate" the wireless device.
I now stop the Wireless driver by System -> Administration -> Restricted Driver Manager. And it shows "Firmware for Broadcom 43XX chipset family" is "Not in use". -- Gutsy hangs in Presario w/ bcm 43XX MAC suspend fail https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/176650 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
