I don't think you read my bug report correctly. My screenshot shows the result of me having manually created 1 BIOS GRUB partition which gets listed as partition #2. partition #1 is another BIOS GRUB partition that gets auto created by the instaler and is not shown to the user.
I understand why this partition is required but it should be shown to the user when they create custom partitioning configs.
