Public bug reported:

The automatic upgrade fails. Probably due to some specific video drivers
(Vulcan) I installed on the previous version to play the ESO. I had to
revert back these packages to upgrade to Ubuntu 20. It told me there was
an error regarding Wine and I answered that it could be ignored. Now I
am getting upgrade/update errors everytime Ubuntu needs to install new
packages.

I am not sure this is really a bug, it is probably due to some packages
that needs to be removed (I tried a lot of things to be able to remove
the Vulcan driver from the previous version, it worked but I am probably
not running a clean Ubuntu version anymore). If I had time I would re-
install a clean & fresh version of Ubuntu, but if there is a way to
avoid that, then I would go for it :)

Thanks,
Olivier
