@Koba, Here is the dmesg from kernel(5.10.0-1025lpv1912057e). For the official 5.10-oem-1025 it seems like disabling d3cold for nvme fixes the issue. ASPM L1 Enabled for nvme and power consumption after suspend/resume is as before. I have attached output from powertop.
