Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
power off and reboot buttons are not present in system menu.
When I click that, I only get options to logout, switch user or cancel.
I googled a lot and tried various solution. Like question #966 and
related bugs.
Also:
$ gdmflexiserver -a -c QUERY_LOGOUT_ACTION
OK HALT;REBOOT;SUSPEND
Show Actions Menu is enabled.
There is no SystemMenu=false in gdm config files.
