Public bug reported: I had postfwd installed from the ubuntu repository and under groovy it was working fine. Upon upgrading to hirsute it would not start, said it did not have permission to listen on port 10040 on localhost and also complained of numerous missing perl modules, except checking with cpan, the modules were both present and up to date. I resolve by removing the Ubuntu package and installing postfwd straight from github, fortunately their version still worked properly.
