That doesn't sound like a bug. Modal shell dialogs like for network
connections are meant to be modal so you can't access other features
like powering off.

Please:

1. Try to explain the problem in different words.

2. Uninstall all of these extensions:

'[email protected]', '[email protected]',
'[email protected]', '[email protected]',
'cpufreq@konkor', 'temperature@xtranophilist', 'system-
[email protected]', 'TilixDropdown@[email protected]'

then log in again and tell us if the problem still happens.
