#### Expected behaviour
MATE Panel Launcher Applet has an option to show label instead of icon
See screenshot from Xfce desktop for reference:
checking "Show label instead of icon" will change icon on panel to its
label. For web-pages it will change Star (or Globe in MATE) to page
title.
#### Actual behaviour
MATE Panel Launcher Applet does not have an option to show label instead of icon
#### Steps to reproduce the behaviour
1. Add some launcher to the MATE Panel
1. Try to find a option to show label instead of icon
