Probably a new bug:
As I'm on Linux Mint, I had to manually install apport, only to find out that
the package missed a dependency on python3-launchpadlib, so I installed that
one, too.
Sadly, it doesn't work in crashed state as the network is not working in that
environment.

I've added ppa:canonical-kernel-team/proposed and installed 5.4.0-74-83. There
were some warnings about probably missing firmware files for i915 (Intel
Graphics).

The reboot ended with an emergency console like with 5.4.0-73.
