Suddenly i am getting this message whenever i try to update my system via
mintupdate or whenever i try to install new software from mint portal or
manually.
i also sometimes get " Only one Package manager can be run at one time", even
though i have no other package manager running on my system at that time.
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct
the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
