Public bug reported:
Operating system: Kubuntu 21.04.
Qt applications are opened corruptly in root mode. These applications are
opened without Breeze theme, but with a corrupt theme. Setting Breeze theme as
the default theme in root mode does not solve the problem. These applications
are opened correctly when not in root mode.
The first time I experienced the bug was after opening software-properties-qt.
