Public bug reported:

After recommended Ubuntu desktop system update from kernel
vmlinuz-4.15.0-99-generic to vmlinuz-4.15.0-142-generic I am stuck at
black screen on boot. After update to the latest update kernel
vmlinuz-4.15.0-143-generic I also has this problem. With no splash I
pictured warning info about radeon from latest kernel(see attachment).

Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic

My Video is:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] RV730
[Radeon HD 4600 AGP Series]
Subsystem: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Radeon HD 4650/4670
AGP
        Kernel driver in use: radeon
        Kernel modules: radeon

The temporary workaround is nomodeset in grub options, but I need to use
radeon drivers which worked ok like on vmlinuz-4.15.0-99-generic.
