Public bug reported:
After recommended Ubuntu desktop system update from kernel
vmlinuz-4.15.0-99-generic to vmlinuz-4.15.0-142-generic I am stuck at
black screen on boot. After update to the latest update kernel
vmlinuz-4.15.0-143-generic I also has this problem. With no splash I
pictured warning info about radeon from latest kernel(see attachment).
