Public bug reported:
When haproxy is upgrade at 'apt-get update' the origional service file
/lib/systemd/system/haproxy.service is re-installed.
We have added an 'EnvironmentFile' line to haproxy.service and this line is
always gone after a server upgrade.
Please add the option to keep the installed haproxy.service file like you also
have the option to keep /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg
