I just tested with the latest custom kernel shared here and with this
updated pulseaudio package and can confirm speakers and headphones have
separate volume now.

Thanks a lot again, I guess all of the major 3 initially mentioned and 1
extra issues are solved now and hope the 3 ucm realted very minor issues
will be refined in future.

So, now only thing remaining is to get these fixes in official ubuntu
kernel and pulseaudio package I guess, also I am not sure if it's safe
to keep using the custom kernel/pulseaudio driver or wait till it
arrives officially and meanwhile keep using temp fix for now.
