Could not initialize the package information
An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package information.
Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the
following error message: E:can not open
/var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_focal-backports_InRelease
- fopen (13: Permission denied), E:The package lists or status file could not
be parsed or opened.
This error actually does not let the system Update properly . Looking
for some help on the matter. Like How did this happen? How to fix the
issue at hand as well as how to keep this from happeing again.
