Public bug reported:

The June 10, 2021 rpcbind security update on Ubuntu 18.04 is broken and 
immediately aborts on launch, systemd repeatedly relaunching it.  This has 
happened on multiple systems breaking NIS and NFS services.

please fix, this is a critical bug for us.
