* Backport from impish (LP: #1932031)
* Add console=tty1 to bootargs (LP: #1925227)
* Set cma to 1200M on ZCU106 (LP: #1920872)
* Restore debian/bin/u-boot-install-targets, which was removed
by mistake when porting to hirsute.
