Public bug reported:

firstly bluetooth services is somehow dead. to make it work we need to
disable the hardware for some time so that in power settings both wifi
and bluetooth is turned off and them enable it again for bluetooth to
work. and after that if bluetooth is connected automatically then the
audio input and output both works from laptop and after removing and
adding again the bluetooth then only output is given from headphone.
