Thanks Joseph for filing the bug and making Ubuntu better. Looks like
cloud-init hasn't come up yet or isn't properly detecting the datasource
on this machine/environment.
Please attach the the cloud-init.tar.gz from cloud-init collect-logs to
this bug if possible.
Once cloud-init logs are attached, please mark bug status back to 'New'
from 'Incomplete' so we get eyes on this.
