Thanks for the bug report. It appears the correct driver for your Nvidia
GPU is version 390.143 which does exist in hirsute. You can try
installing it by:
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-390
Also, you appear to have some unsupported graphics packages installed
from the 'oidbaf' PPA, which is known to cause bugs. Please remove that
PPA from your system.
