The x1e.xlarge and m3.large AWS instances report 0-14 as possible CPUs
(/sys/devices/system/cpu/possible) even though they have 4 or 2 CPUs
respectively. This should be fixed with LTP commit 14797491f1cc
("cpuset_hotplug_test.sh: Fix bug for obtaining task_cpus value in
root/generic_cpu_hotplut test").
