Public bug reported:
When starting jupyter-notebook (with "jupyter-notebook" command),
Chromium browser opens and displays a message:
"Access to the file was deniedThe file at
file:///home/sami/.local/share/jupyter/runtime/nbserver-370045-open.html is not
readable. It may have been removed, moved, or file permissions may be
preventing access.
ERR_ACCESS_DENIED"
I am not sure, but I think this stopped working when Chromium was
changed to Snap-based.
