On the Settings window Power/Power Saving/Bluetooth there is a toggle button to
turn off/on for power saving.
but what it does, if its on the BT is on, if you toggle it to off, the BT gets
turned off instantly.
And if you go to Bluetooth devices and turn BT on, and you go back to power
saving window, you see the toggle button turned on.
