I have installed the following:

linux-modules-extra-5.11.0-23-generic 5.11.0-23.24

and rebooted

dmesg now shows:

[    1.093058] tpm_tis MSFT0101:00: 2.0 TPM (device-id 0x1B, rev-id 22)
[    1.109182] tpm tpm0: [Firmware Bug]: TPM interrupt not working, polling 
instead

full dmesg file form boot attached

No stack trace present in dmesg or kern.log
