Public bug reported:
docker-compose 1.25.0 contains a regression due to an erroneous fix. The
regression is fixed in 1.25.1 in this PR:
https://github.com/docker/compose/pull/7039
The regression makes certain use cases impossible where a service has
both `build` and `image` specified. This worked previously (also in
Ubuntu).
